Keep your powder dry

We are going to get rained on at some point during the weeks of walking the Camino.

Some people prefer poncho’s to stay dry while walking in the rain because they cover you and your backpack.

I’ve decided to use light weight waterproof trousers, a breathable waterproof jacket and dry sacks to organise and keep dry the contents of my pack. I like the 8L size dry sack as I’ve found this size is easy to organise in my pack. I’ve gone for the Sea to Summit Ultra-Sil View dry sack so I can see what’s inside them.

I’ll be getting a waterproof covering for my smartphone too.
