There are some foods that I don’t know I will be able to find in the Camino that I think are worth taking with me.
Nutritional Yeast is one of them, it’s very healthy and it’s light to carry. You can add it to the pot or your plate like a seasoning and you can also get it fortified with vitamin B12.
