Logoso for Vegatarians
Logoso is a small village. We ate at the Albergue, told them we were vegetarian and had homemade pizza with salad. There are not many options here.

Negreira for Vegetarians
The usual salad or chips in the cafes we looked at. However, Negreira has a couple if supermarkets so we cooked chickpeas and spinach in the Albergue kitchen. Quick, easy, tasty.

Happy Cow says there is a vegan friendly restaurant – Ecoespazo Vitriol, Diego Pazos 18, Sarria. Albergue A Pedro does a pilgrim menu. We had lentil soup, mixed salad, potato Tortilla Espanola, spinach nibbles and Santiago Tart.

Cacabelos for Vegetarians
We ate at Moncloa de San Lazaro which is one of he first places as we came into Cacabelos. We had warm goats cheese, mixed salad, and grilled vegetables. It was a nice restaurant with a lot of locals.
